Does JotForm have any kind of version history for edited form submissions?

    Hello,

We were wondering if there is a version history or a log of when changes were made to a jotform response. We need to see if there were changes made to a submitted form by either an employer or by an applicant, and what those changes were. We know that an email is sent out confirming that the form was edited, but we cannot see what the changes were. An example of editing the forms can be seen below.

Additionally, we were wondering where the digital forms themselves are kept. We know that each form has a form ID, but we were wondering if there was a way to search for forms somewhere based off of their form ID.

    Thank you

Unfortunately, there's no log for changes in the submissions, but you can enable the "Send on edit" in email notification so that every time a form is edited and submitted, you will be notified of this change.

You can only view the history of the following events in your my accounts page > history https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/history
