How can I continue a form that I started and saved yesterday?

    I started and saved a form for Weinstein Imaging yesterday.  When I tried to continue the form today, I got a message that the password that I created yesterday is invalid.  I have tried unsuccessfully to reset the password four times.  What am I doing wrong?  Thank you!

    Hi,

    You were logged in to a guest account, it is not possible to reset the password for a guest account, I suggest creating a new user with your email address.

    Is there any way that I can retrieve the form that I started yesterday? And if not,
    is there a way that I can a new form as a guest?

    Unfortunately, that can no longer be retrieved as there's no reset password option for a GUEST account. This is why when saving a HIPAA form, it would prompt you to create an account if don't have one yet or login to your account if you already have.

    As my colleague has mentioned, please try signing up for a new account, then start filling out the form again.
