linking my paypal account to a jotform

    I keep getting a message that says my information is not correct. (but it is - went to paypal to double and triple check)- I have my correct email (Id) and paypal password. The last message I received indicated that I had attempted to sign in too many times so I need to wait or reset my password. 

    What are some reasons for it  not linking

    (I am using test mode - if that makes a difference)

    Hi Teri,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    I cloned your form and tried the Paypal integration on my end but I couldn't seem to replicate the issue as I was able to connect to Paypal without any problem.

    I cleared your form cache on our server, can you please give it another try and let us know how it goes?
