I'm having trouble upgrading to the Silver plan. When I input our credit card details, it says that there's problem with our billing details.

Upon checking your account, it seems that the payment did not get through.
It is shown as incomplete probably because, your card got blocked by your bank/credit card company, it got expired or it had insufficient balance.
Please check the card validity and balance and try again. I have now flushed your payment attempts.
If it still doesn't work, please let us know which Silver plan are you trying to purchase - yearly or monthly and we can provide you a direct payment link.

Thanks for the reply. I was able to use a different credit card and it’s all ok now.
