Hi,
I've created a JotForm for my business however, when we press the PDF Preview button at the bottom of the form, there is no response. Could you please fix this? I have ensured that the "Enable Preview" option in the settings has been turned on.

Could you please let us know in which device are you trying out? Is your form embedded on any website?
I am unable to replicate any issue when I have clicked the Preview button:

Both myself and our works are having this issue on iphone, safari and Chrome. The form is not embedded on a website. Its directly into JotForm.

Please allow me some time to test on the iPhone in the Safari and Chrome browser. So the Preview button on the form works correctly in the Desktop?

I was testing the form in my iPhone 6s but I could not replicate any issue with it. Here is the screenshot:
May we know which version of the iPhone are you having and which OS version? Is it updated?
Does the form work correctly on the Desktops?

hi,
The button isn't working on Desktop either. I have just checked with the iPhone and it appears to be working on there now, but not on Safari for Desktop or Chrome.

Do you have a Mac OS?
Are you experiencing the issue in the Safari/Chrome browser in your MAC OS? Could you please clear the browser cache and let us know how it goes?
Could you please share the screenshot of the page.
