Account suspended

    I believe I was signed up under my email listed. When I tried to log in I was unable. All emails to attempt to reset my pass word are not coming through to my email listed. Any and all help would be appreciated.

    Hello Tori - Indeed there is an account associated with your email address. However, what prevents you from logging on to it is that the account has been suspended. 

    As checked, your form 2020 Gala Sponsorship Underwriter Packet FINAL Design contains plain text fields asking for credit card information. It is considered as phishing and violates our Terms of Use.

    You agree that Jotform, Inc. may terminate your Jotform Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining, for example: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.

    You can use one of the Payment Integrations available with Jotform if you are to collect payments using your forms. Transactions with these integrations are secured instead of using plain text fields.

    I have removed the said fields from the form and reactivated the account. You may now log in again to the account.

    Yep I saw that and decided to use a different platform. I was using it for my event. Now I’m wanting to create a new form but with being locked out I can’t delete it or start over.

    I already lifted the suspension of the account on my previous response.

    Please try clearing your browser's cache and you should be able to log in again.
