Unable to create a report with the CSV file. Help!

Dear Sir/Madam,

Good Morning,

We are a team of MBA students and have to prepare a report through Build report service with jot. The initial user of Jot (another member of the team) prepared three forms instead of one, one in Russian one in another form (list) and one in card form. We've taken the desired submissions and now we need to prepare the report with the three data. Have tried to combine submissions using your app and the CVS file was created which can't be used as it is to create the report. PLEASE help me, have tried importing the file as it is and it doesn't prepare any report, just displays wrongly part of the answers in the sheet. What can I do? Please reply is urgent and the deadline is close.

If you are already having the CSV file created with all the submissions, you should be able to import the file to the Visual report. Could you let us know if you are receiving any error message when you try to import the CSV file to visual report wizard? Please provide us with more information so that we can guide you in the right direction.
