Access to attachments of submitted forms

    My dependent verification form is being used for our employees to submit the documentation for benefits qualifications.  I have the submissions set up to go to another member of our company, but she is not able to access the attachments.

    How can this be changed?

    you can change this on your Account Settings Page. Simply uncheck these options:
