Enable Product List Layout with different form themes

Hi there

I have two forms with Stripe and credit card gateway. The issue is where the credit card information form looks different than the other. I can't change the product list layout on one the one that looks different thus yielding a very different appearance.

Yes. That doesn't change it. As you can see even the menu looks different - any suggestions?

I have checked your forms and are you referring to the Product List Settings that only the 202302907736048 form is showing the Product List Layout options?

If it is, I believe it's because of form cache and the form without the Product List Layout option is using the old format of the Stripe payment field. The Product List Layout is visible when you are using the new Product List field under the Basic Element tab, please refer to this article: Introducing a new product list form field

If you would like to have the Product List Layout option available on all of your order forms you can use the Product List field and integrate Stripe through that field.  

I hope this clarifies the issue. Let us know if you need additional information. 

I have deleted them and inserted them again with the method described in the link. Unfortunately, that doesn't change the anything. 

I need both of them to look like form end #6048.

You need to change your form them to upcoming if you want to show the "Product List Layout" option in the Product list.

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

@jherwin While that enables the "Product List Layout" it fails to achieve the main goal: to keep the same design. I wish to keep the theme - that shouldn't be the problem. 

Changing the form theme to "Upcoming" is the only way to show the "Product List Layout" option.

I'm forwarding this as a feature request to our second level, although we cannot provide an ETA, we will keep you updated via this support ticket.
