Save and Contine Later - Mobile Device (Save Option Not Visible or Available)

I tested a save and continue later document on a mobile device.  It did not give an option to save and continue later as it does on my desktop.  Is there anything else that needs to be enabled for a mobile device or is this not available on mobile devices?

I checked the form using mobile and I can save the form and continue later. To do that, click the button panel and the save button will appear.
