Form submission are encrypted.

    Hi there, 

    I have a few form submissions that are being converted to computer code and I cannot read the information. They are medical forms so they need to be kept private. I was able to view them a few weeks ago and now about half of them have been converted to a series of letters, numbers and characters.

    Assuming you're referring to your "Reoccurring Client Journey Check In" form, kindly note that you've enabled Data Encryption for it as shown below.

    Whenever you're trying to view submissions, you will be automatically asked to provide the encryption key you downloaded when you first enabled the encryption.
