    I have created a cloned version of your form and tested it, but I was not able to reproduce the issue you have described.

    Can you tell us the website where the form is embedded on, if it is embedded, please?

    If the form is being submitted from its direct link, may ask that you put the Stripe payment field in it to "Test Mode"? And, with your permission, we would like to make test submissions with your form.
