We did not receive the email from JotForm when our client submits the form

    Our clinic, Waterville Veterinary Clinic, uses the jot form for our clients to sign in after scanning the QR code, we have had 4 instances where the client scanned the QR code and we did not receive the email from Jot form or the email is sent the next day the client is checking in. 

    Do you have an suggestions that may be the problem or to correct this from happening?

    Hello Francine,

    I tried looking for the account, but I cannot find it. Please let us know the form in question instead so that we can take a look at the possible reason.

    Also, I'd like to clarify if you mean that the form is linked in the QR Code, and your clients have to scan that QR to fill and submit the form. Or do you mean the QR code is part of the form, and when your client submits the form, it is causing the notification email to fail?
