Hello, I'm hosting a video submission competition where I will be accepting 2-3 minute videos. Some of these will likely be over 1GB. I would like to set a 2GB maximum, however it does't seem like that's possible. Is there a workaround you can suggest?

Also, if I was to use the Google Drive Integration to store my files, does that data still count towards my JotForm plan's available space? I'm a little confused here.

Thanks in advance for your help!

    Hi Greg,

The maximum file upload size is 1GB for a single file. Unfortunately, it can not be increased. The google drive integration helps you store your file but it also counts towards your JotForm plan available space.

The reason is that the submissions first get stored on our servers and then the data is transferred to the google drive integration.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.
