Uploaded photos take me to a 404 page.

At first, I could tap uploaded files and it would take me to a Jotform page where I could view them. Now it just takes me to a page that says something along the lines of "whoops, that page can't be found". It doesn't seem to matter what file type they are. How can I fix this?

Kindly go to your account settings https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings and uncheck the "Require log-in to view uploaded files." option so you can view the uploaded files without logging in.
