Including a notification

Hi,

I am trying to create conditional logic for a virtual career fair registration form. I am asking if people are interested in having their resumes reviewed before the fair, and if they say yes, I want to have something appear that tells them the date for that resume review. However, since that notification is not a question (it is information), I'm not sure what form element to use. Should I put it in as a header?

You can add the paragraph element and enter the text there.

Then, you can create conditional logic that will show that field based on user's answer.
