New account and moving a jotform made under another account

I work for a not for profit and we need to upgrade our jotform account today.  I have made a form using my personal email account and I would like to import the jotform.

I see that your account was upgraded just recently.

To clarify, do you mean to import forms into your new account that is made from another account? If so, we can actually do that on your behalf, but for security purposes, the request should be coming from your other account. 

Please open a new thread using your other account and provide the following information;

- Forms to be transferred.

- Username of the account where the forms will be moved.
