Unable to import PDF form using Firefox mobile browser

Hello,

I work for a company in France and we would like to buy a subscription on Jotform.
But the problem is that we tried to upload our pdf to the Smart PDF Forms tool and it doesn't upload from Firefox browser while on mobile phone and Opera browser, it does.

Can you provide help on this please?

Could you let us know if the issue is occurring only with mobile Firefox browser? We also have the fully featured mobile app available for iPhone or Android. Could you try installing the Mobile Forms app and see if you are able to import it? Also, please let us know if you have tried logging into your JotForm using PC to import the PDF file?

Also, please share the PDF file that you are trying to import to JotForm so that we can try testing it from our end.
