My upload space is "full" after deleting files

Hello,

I have been getting notifications that I am "out of upload space". To rectify this, I downloaded all of my submissions and deleted most of them from my account. However, it is still saying I am out of upload space. I googled my issue and it says my upload space should be back to normal once deleting all of my submissions. I tried logging out and checking it later but it is still saying "out of upload space". 

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi @NCWRC, 

Your account is using 116MB of space, the only form left that has submissions & uploads left on is "Mark Recapture data sheet" which has 16 submission & 45 uploads. In order to go back under your limits you would need to delete those submissions & uploads.
