I have created a new PDF form and it is showing up as I want it to in the editor but when filled in and submitted more than 50% of the content is missing from the completed PDF document. Including sections that can be filled in and also areas of fixed text.
Is it possible for you to access the form I have created (Skin Prescription) through my account (seed holistic skin) to provide me a resolution to this issue as i have recently upgraded my subscription but can not use the features that i have upgraded for until this is sorted out.

Please note that some web fields may not be converted into a PDF form.
May we know which fields are not showing when converted as PDF?
Or are you referring to the notification email?
