Hello,
I have added questions as "hide" to our form so when we receive it we can edit it, and they do not show.
How can I make it where when the form is submitted we can edit additional information and it saves into the form, and we can print as PDF as a whole.
We need to add, time and date when a student took a test, if they brought and ID, when they started a test, etc.

Firstly, could you rectify the errors on your condition page of this form?
Secondly, I could not find any Hidden fields in your form? Also, are you editing the submission from your Form submission page or directly from your notification email?
If editing via email, there is an option to conditionally show certain fields on the form only when you are editing the form submission.
For this, you will need to add a Get Form Page URL widget on the form and set up a condition similar to:
On the "Field" section, you need to select the fields that need to be shown only when you are editing the submission. So those fields will be hidden while initially filling up the form.
On the "Value" section, use the term "submissions" if you are editing the submission via the Form submission page.
Please review and let us know.
