You can do that easily on the MyForms page of your account.
Select the forms on the MyForms page that has the Unread indicator, click the More dropdown menu at the top, and select the Mark All as Read option.
You will see a confirmation on the right of the page that your action was successful.
On the Inbox page of your form, here's how you can do it.
