Old entries are popping up again on our Google sheet

    We keep seeing older entries pop up again on our spreadsheet for the Load Discrepancy report.

    For example, if you look at line 13581 this is from July and was submitted before.

    Also line 13570; this is from June and is on the spreadsheet 5 times.

    Could you reintegrate the Google sheet app into your form and then check if the submissions are getting duplicated and appearing later on in the form?
