The background color of the Thank You page is wrong

    Hello Sven,

    Upon checking, I could not replicate the issue. I have tried on Chrome and Firefox and the Thank You message looks fine. Have you already fixed the issue or is there anything I have missed?

    Yes, it’s correct when I’m in Jotform and check for my Thank you page but I tested the whole thing: Took the official form link, ordered a product, filled everything out, went through checkout, and at the end the Thank you page was shown to me with backround black! I know it’s correct when I’m in Jotform Settings: That’s why I wrote to you in the first place because it’s set correctly but shown incorrectly when tested. Problem still exists. I am using Firefox.

    I checked your form, did a test submission and it looks absolutely fine. Your clients view the form as expected.

    Could you please try using a different device?
