offline form is not working in the JotForm mobile Form app

    Hi,

    My offline forms do not seem to work.

    I have checked that all those using it have it ticked within the app as an offline form but when they have no signal or wifi and try to access it they just get told to "check your internet connection"

    May we know the mobile device you're using so that we can replicate the issue?

    To clarify, when there is no internet connection you cannot access the JotForm mobile form app or the form?

    Kindly share a screenshot of the error?

    Hi,

    Well it looks like there is no error other than my understanding of what "Offline Form" means.

    Can you clarify please?

    Hello, offline forms are forms you can fill and submit even without internet however, you would have to use the JotForm mobile form app to do this.

    The form must run inside the JotForm mobile form app. You will be notified that the form would be submitted once internet connection is available.
