Where do forms go if we accidentally delete one that a patient has filled out?

We had a patient submit paperwork this morning and somehow it got accidentally deleted before we could print it off. Where do we go on here to locate that form? Is there a recently deleted bin?

I am afraid deleted submissions cannot be recovered as the warning pop-up window said.-

I have activated JotForm Sheets on your account, so you have access to a submissions trash folder if a similar accident is to happen again in the future. Please understand that deleted items are kept in the trash folder for 30 days before getting purged. Also, the switch will not affect previously deleted items.
