Hi, I am trying speed up building order forms and wondering if you can assist me in better understanding how this works.

I have this template that I use which starts with one inventory widget, clone it, and then add inventory widgets one at a time https://www.jotform.com/build/201234004073033

I used that process for building this order form https://form.jotform.com/202936733003853

and when I went to Conditions, I saw that the first widget was in Conditions and the Calculator but only the first one. Thinking this might be the result of only having one widget in the template, I made a clone of the template with 10 widgets and started rebuilding it but in Conditions/Calculator, it still only showed the first widget.

Is there a way to have each widget that I add be automatically added to Conditions/Calculator? Adding them manually is VERY time consuming.

    Thanks

Unfortunately, there is no other way but to add the fields manually in the condition:

Or you can also use a FORM CALCULATION widget if your goal is to only calculate the cost of all selected products. Conditions are no longer necessary. Just add the fields to the widget, create the correct formula, and that's it!

    Here's a guide on how-to-perform-form-calculation-using-a-widget.

I was afraid that's what you would say. We created custom reports for our clients that are built on the current way of doing it so we're committed long term to this method. Thanks
