How can we create “live” form?

How can we create a form that gets passed along from person to person and updated along the way and visible to anyone that has access to that form?

Can you please tell us which information you would like to display in the live form you want to create? I'm not sure if that is possible, but we can check if there is a solution for it or a workaround.
