Hi I am using jotform for the first time in the UK.

I can see that the data stored is secure to EU standards, however, when the UK leaves at the end of the year will the data please adhere to UK GDPR regulations?

Hi there, thank you for contacting JotForm support.

I'm sorry, I am not quite sure if I understood your question. If you want to meet the GDPR compliance obligation, you need to sign to our  Data Processing Addendum (DPA). Once signed, you can provide the DPA to auditors to show that you use JotForm in a way that demonstrates your data is being processed in a way that meets your GDPR compliance obligation.

You can refer to this page for more related information: https://www.jotform.com/gdpr-compliance/

If you do have a follow-up question, please contact our dedicated GPDR team at gdpr@jotform.com so they can assist you properly.

    Thank you.
