I have a recently created a jotform survey and I was contacted by someone to say that she could not get past the first welcome page of my survey.
I've attached my JotForm survey URL and screenshot below of what she sees on her phone. I'm awaiting a reply from her telling me which type of phone - android or apple.Can you help me troubleshoot please and thankyou?

Hi,
I've tested the form using the both - Android and iOS devices but was not able to replicate the issue, start button is available for all devices/browsers:
The only thing I can assume based on the screenshot is that user has some app minimized which covers the part of the screen where Start shout is displayed, or user has directly clicked the link to the form from that App, and it has been opened as a browser tab over messenger app:
Could you please ask the user to copy the link to the form, open desired browser and go to that link? If the issue persists, the user may to use any other browser or device and check again.
Please give a try and let us know if the issue persists.
