allow other users to view submissions

is there a way for me and those that I am collaborating with to see the responses from the form, or only me as the creator?

There are to ways on how you can do that.

1. You can publicly share the submissions page of your form by following this guide on How-to-Share-Form-s-Submissions-Page. A password should be set before the SHARE LINK is generated.

Please use "jotform123" as the password.

2. You can create a GRID LISTING REPORT to share your form submissions in a grid-like format. Please refer to this guide on How-to-Create-a-Grid-Listing-Report. Password-protection for this feature is optional so this is the best method to use in case you would like to fully share the submission data in public.
