Form not found on my account - link still good

    I created an account and a form. Your system generated a link. That is the link I used to send out to all staff. The link is still good. However, when I log into my account I cannot find the form.

    Thank you for contacting our support team.

    After checking your account, I found that you currently do not have any active forms. The form you have shared with us actually belongs to a Guest account.

    I assume you must have started building the form before you created an account and once you did the form did not transfer over.

    We can certainly help you regain access to this form, however, we will need to verify that it belongs to you as there are already submissions saved to it.

    Can you share the name of at least one of the users that submitted this form?

    Once we can verify that the form is yours, we will happily transfer it over to your account.

    Thank you for the prompt response. Yes, of course. Melissa Smith is user that submitted a nomination/form.
