Form is missing: I cannot find the form in my account

    I created an account and a form. Your system generated a link. That is the link I used to send out to all staff. The link is still good. However, when I log into my account I cannot find the form.

    I've checked the form and seems you've created it while using a gues account. Then, you have created a JotForm account; however, the form still was attached to the guest account.

    I've fixed that and moved the form to your account with username EstephanyRomero.
