The issue is most likely caused by JotForm account privacy settings. By default, we have the 'Require log-in to view uploaded files' option enabled.
Example:
Please log in to your JotForm account before accessing the links. Or alternatively, consider turning off the 'Require log-in to view uploaded files' option.
