I want to change to another payment method

Hello I originally used my paypal to sign up and pay for my jotforms. I want to change this and just have a card on file to use. I thought I had done this last month but noticed my paypal was charged again for this months services. I just went in and changed my plan and payment. It still says I am using paypal as my payment method and it says I am scheduled for a downgrade on Nov 21? Can I please get my payment method updated?

I can see that you have already canceled your subscription on your Paypal account and with that, we will process a refund for your last payment.

To switch to another payment method, we can only suggest you resubscribe back to the plan you want. To do this, we have downgraded your account back to the free plan so you can resubscribe on your end. Please head to the pricing page to resubscribe https://www.jotform.com/pricing/.
