Themes glitched and won't change background image or any settings

Hello, My form themes are glitched.

On my form "Clone of Official Santa Letters" I am trying to change the theme and background image however no matter what theme I select or image I upload, When I update and click to view the new theme it still shows the original image background of clouds, even though I've uploaded and selected a red and white striped image which shows in the editor.

We apologize for inconvenience. I checked your form https://www.jotform.com/form/202463270463349 and I noted it was already using the Custom theme background (green/white stripe) you have uploaded on the form.
