The checkboxes in my form are not working for the end user.

    There are check boxes for students to choose their grade - they are unable to click on them. How can I fix that?

    I currently have it hidden and added a text box option as a work around for now, but would love to know how to fix it.

    We apologize for inconvenience. I checked on your form and I noted that the field was a Singled Choice field and not Checkbox field (Multiple Choice field).

    Upon further test using a cloned form, I found the issue was related to a corrupted old theme used by the form. I was able to fix, by resetting the form Theme to default.

    Please try first resetting the form Theme used and check/test again.

    Let us know if issue still persist.
