Trouble with “draw on image”

    I am trying to use this feature on a form. I can’t figure out how to upload my drawing. It asks for a URL. I don’t have a URL for my jpeg image.

    There is a button that says it links to a how-to video but it just says “loading” and never comes up. I have looked in your support items and YouTube videos but I cannot find anything that addresses my question.

    You were right. You need to upload the image to your own hosting server, then use the URL in the DRAW ON IMAGE widget.

    So if you don't have a hosting server, you may try uploading it here: https://www.jotform.com/help/image_upload.php then use the URL. However, I cannot guarantee if the file will be permanently stored here.

    Another workaround is to use the ANNOTATE PICTURE widget. This allows you to manually upload an image file:
