How to get the assignee's email address or other ID code into the form?

Hi, I hope you can help.

My hope was that: if I assign a form to a particular individual's email address, when they complete the form their email address would be included in the form submission. So I could track the submissions made by that user. Alternatively, if I assigned a particular form URL with a custom ID string for each user, there would be a way of that string being automatically and silently included in the submission (eg as a hidden field).

But this does not seem to be the case.

How can I get this functionality within JotForm, please? I just want to be able to have the end user's email address automatically included in the form submission, when I've assigned the form to them.

    Thank you!

It looks like Prepopulate is what I'm looking for.

    https://prepopulate.jotform.io/

I'm going to give that a try.
