Jumping to different fields when trying to sign

Hello,

We are having an issue that when forms are being signed using their phones (android and iphones) the form jumps around. They work fine until they get to the signature fields.

Have you deleted the Signature field from the forms? I could not find any signature field in any of your two forms.

May we know the website link where your form is embedded or the direct link of the form?
