    Hi

i am wanting a “log in” form.

not one that people have to give information on, but rather a form I want as a landing page so I can give a selected few a password to access the page?

is that possible? As I will not be violating anything as I will not be needing any information from them

    Hi there,

    Thank you for your message.

Here's a few ways on how you can achieve that.

    Password Protection

You can add a password on your form via the Password Protection  option. 1

The only downside in using this is, you can only set one password at a time. So all your user will have to use the same password to view the form.

    Conditional Logic

You set your form fields to initially be hidden, preferably via Section Collapse Field, except for the password field, and use Conditional Logic to show the hidden fields if the password matched passed. 2

However, you should refrain from using "password" as your label to avoid being flagged by our phishing detector. Use something similar like an "access code".

Here's a demo form with the setup above applied: https://form.jotform.com/202972637269971.

Feel free to clone the form and use it as you please. 3

Please review these and see if any of these options could work for you.

Should you have any further inquiries, we will be more than happy to help.
