Uploaded documents are not attached to emails

    Hi There -

First of all, I love Jotform.

Second: On one of my forms, people can upload attachments. But those attachments are not attached to the emails when I get them. That means I have to go to the trouble of logging in to Jotform, finding the submissions for that form and THEN downloading the attachment.

That seriously undermines both my time and my workflow. How can I change the settings so that it's EASY for me to see the attachments that people send me - either because it's a one-click no-need-to-log-in click to a web page, or even better yet, because the attachment truly gets attached to the email I receive.

I look forward to the answer!

    Hello Deborah,

    Thanks for the feedback.

You have the option to receive the uploaded files as an attachment to your notification email if you enable the option below on the Advanced tab of your notification email:

However, please note that if the file size of the attachments exceeds 5 MB, they will not be sent as attachments on the email. But they will be available as downloadable hyperlinks.
