Why Upload Link Is Redirecting to 404 Error Page?

    Good Morning,

    I recently used JotForm to create an event follow-up form and it seems that there is an issue with the photo upload. At first, it was working fine however for the past few days I keep getting a 404 error when trying to download the pics. Any help would be appreciated :)

    Hi Anne,

    If you are referring to the form ID(202905682986266), I have gone ahead and submitted a test response, however, I was unable to replicate the issue. I was successfully able to view the uploaded image.

    Upon further investigation, I have found that you have enabled "Require login to view files" from your account setting. Make sure you have logged into your account before accessing the upload file link.
