Setting up appointments

If I set up a form to make appointments, is there a way to set a limit as to the number of people who can claim an appointment time? I am looking to connect this form to my outlook calendar. I want to set a limit of four people for a certain time period each day....then bump out anyone who comes after the four limit is full.

Is there a way to do this? A way to set a limit?

Yes it is possible to set a limit per time slot with our Appointment Field. You just need to Select Group Appointment type in the Advanced Tab of our Appointment Field. You can set is using the steps as described in the screenshots below;

1. Add our Appointment Field

2. Click on Properties for the Appointment Field;

3. In the Advanced Tab of the Appointment Field Properties, Click on "Group" and enter the "Maximum Attendee Count" per time slot.
