The attachment sent by customer in your form does not show in the email received

    Hi,

    We received a message from a customer who filled in the jotform which we have added to our website page. The message was clear in every way. The only problem was that the attachment image would not show. When we clicked on the attachment, a page would open which would say " Whoops! Unfortunately, the page you were looking for could not be found. It may be temporarily unavailable, moved or no longer exists. Please check your spelling and retry." If you could kindly advise why such problems are occurring.

    The form located on your website https://inspiredliving.store/interior-design-service belongs to the account "inspiredliving.store1".

    Due to the privacy settings in that account as shown below, it is required to log into a JotForm account on the same browser in order to access the uploaded files via email.

    Else, these options will need to be unchecked in the "inspiredliving.store1" account settings page. Otherwise you will get the 404 error.
