FOrm submissions don't contain proper image links

    On multiple of my forms I have image upload enabled, and when i receive the emails, it gives me links in the emails, but those links do not work. I then checked the box to allow 'send uploads as attachments' but it didn't help.


    Please fix this for me, multiple forms have issues. THe main one is the 125 hillside cleaning checklist.

    Hello @Scottk42,

    We do apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced.

    After checking your form titled 125 Hillside Terrace Cleaning Checklist, I found that the image upload links that are included in your submissions so seem to work. I did not review all of them but the majority seem to be uploaded successfully.

    Since you have mentioned that the issue is occurring from your email, I believe the problem may be related to your privacy settings.

    The current privacy settings will prevent your form submissions and uploads from being opened or downloaded unless you are signed in to an existing JotForm account. If you are trying to access these uploads while logged out of your account, then you will not be able to do so.

    To resolve this issue, you will either need to log into your account to view the uploads, or you can disable these privacy settings so you can view the uploads while logged out.
