I can't log into my account to create more forms.

I run Back In The Room Hypnosis Academy and we have a Jotform form that allows us to register students on our Diploma Course.

I am currently writing a new course and wanted to create a form for people to register their details for interest but I cannot log in to do so. I tried resetting my password by asking an email link to be sent to both this email address and the academies email address but never received one.

I've checked the form on your website and it seems that it is in an account registered with a different email address. Do you recognize the following email address?

sun************tmare@hotmail.co.uk

If you do then please use the email address to log in to your account. You can also use this email to reset your account password if you want to.
