Multiple Submissions feature

    Good Morning,

    Why am I not allowed to have multiple submissions on my forms? I cleared the feature out in Settings and clicked saved but still have the issue.

    Hi, thank you for contacting JotForm support.

    Are you perhaps referring to this form

    As per checking, the Unique Question feature is currently enabled in the form. Please note that this feature restricts submissions with the same field values. Kindly disable this condition if you want to receive multiple submissions without restrictions.
