Email Template Formatting

Hello,

I have included a screenshot below, I would like to only have 1 column for the top 2 rows of the dark gray and light gray. However, it puts the columns on all the rows. How can I customize creating columns in only a few rows?

I have checked your form and it seems you have managed to edit your email template to have two columns mix with a single column.

You can even use HTML and in-line CSS in the email template to edit it.
