scrapping data from a pdf to include into form

Hi working with a practice that does medical testing. We would like to extract data from various .pdf forms and include them into a patient summary form. Is this possible with JotForm?

I'd like to let you know to be able to achieve that you'll need to extract the data elsewhere to include them in the form. You can show the PDF in the form, but you can't split it.
